Our gourmet cocoa mix is sooo good!  We use an Ecuadorian dutched cocoa powder which is widely recognized as a superior tasting cocoa.  Our cocoa is not excessively sweet like most commercial brands which can be as much as 75% sugar.  These gourmet cocoa mixes have very smooth and rich flavors, and like our coffee, are always fresh!  Follow the “Saturday Morning” instructions on the package for a really rich cup of cocoa. Cocoa is thought to have originated in Ecuador and much of their crop is from a native plant, not a hybrid like most  of the African or Brazilian cocoas.  The native cocoa has a more intense flavor and color.
